Excellent value

Excellent value break.good choice of food excellent location and choice of bars on site. Staff were really good especially bar staff and reception. Family room was a good size. Would stay again

Wonderful

Rooms are exceptional. Very clean, new and functional. Menu is very tasty and varied. Staff is exceptional and the whole atmosphere is really comfortable. Many beaches and shops neaby. Sport equipment is great.

The baked potatos were oversalted couple of times.

Perfect location, good room, and very kind staff at reception.

cleaning service was poor even for money. I left money a few times and asked for cleaning. But еhe floor wasn't washed, and not all the towels were changed

Not sure if would come back again

The localisation of the facility is very good, 10 minutes walk to the city center. Beautiful view on the sea in the area. The rooms were nice and spacious, very well equipped. The all inclusive meals were very nice - fresh vegetables and fruit every day and a variety of dishes to choose from. The reception staff was helpful and always nice.

Generally, there was a clear feeling of segregation for all inclusive and "proper" guests, especially at the Scorpio bar. The drinks that were available were very disappointing in quality. Not only the alcoholic drinks - the soft drinks, including water and "juice" were rather undrinkable. The street food spot was a mistake. There was definitely not enough sunbeds by the pools for the amount of rooms and people accommodated in the resort. Also, there is a clear sign at the reception that the "booking" of the sunbeds is not allowed for more than 30 minutes, but it was ignored by the staff who did not bother to ask the guest to respect the rule. There is no convenient beach in the area. The small spots that are suitable for sunbathing are occupied as "private beaches", where there is a small amount of sunbeds for additional cost of 15 to 70 euro per person.

Hopefully they will clean the room properly, but I will definitely come back here.

Room was 100 yards from the pool, food was amazing, everything was spot on except cleaning, there were spider webs behind the door, so much dust under the bed. Otherwise everything was amazing.

Great value for money but not excellent

As a family, location was good enough for us, next to everything we needed but not noisy Room was spacious and comfortable, great sea view Food was one of the best features of the hotel, great quality and variety Staff was kind and helpful and always went above and beyond

Was very unsuitable for a stroller and no kids activities at all so would not really recommend for a family No beds available ever at the all the pools and all the pool is open to the sun so no shade at all so hard with kids during the day Not a lot of drinks included at the bar menu and snacks options between meals is very low variety and no sweets Took our all inclusive bracelet at check out so only had lunch the day of leaving

Very Good

The location was beautiful and lots to do around. Elmi Suites are part of Porto Grecco Hotel which is around 15 blocks of apartments/rooms which gave it character. We found 6 pools in all - all with a different ambience. We loved that there were 3 different bars to drink at - the all inclusive cocktails were amazing and wine very drinkable. We had one night of A la Carte food in the Black Pepper restaurant which was welcomed too. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and did everything they could to make things special including providing surprise birthday cakes. The restaurant had a good variety throughout the week for all taste buds. Again staff at the bars were amazing- such great workers and always polite - they really did make the stay what it was.

Trying to get a sunbed around the pool became impossible - towels were put around so early and the morning we put them there at 6am housekeeping removed as we weren't down there properly for the day early enough. Sunbeds on the beach are to be paid for but they take up most of the space so getting on the beach isn't easy either. The Scorpio Bar was a lovely ambience and all inclusive users have their own area. The staff were less accommodating of the Hotel users prioritising their other visitors and giving misinfornation hence we cancelled our birthday restaurant booking with them in preference to somewhere further along the bay. Whilst only one restaurant there is a Strret Food snack bar - the menu outside is not all available to all inclusive - there is an offering of about 4 things only - gyros Wraps (are lovely) otherwise just rolls or pizza. This felt a little misleading. Food snacks in the lobby bar are limited to cakes and pastries only. Some reviews have questioned whether this is really a 4* - it does tick all the boxes on facilities to make it 4* but I feel space and quality of some of the provisions make it slightly less but still great value for money and very pleasant indeed.

Wonderful

A complex of buildings catering quite a few people. Some buildings are older than others. They cope well at meal times, everyone knows what job they have to do so everything flows smoothly. The food is absolutely fine, there is something for everyone, freshly cooked. There are a few pools mostly small, very disappointing that they allow guests to leave their towels on the sun loungers even though they are still sleeping. We never found room at the main pool. The bars in the all inclusive are really good. The staff in general are all lovely, polite, helpful and hardworking.

They allow guests to put their towels on the loungers.

Very good value with fantastic beach and good selection of foods, comfortable stay

It was quiet time of year, and staff was very friendly, and close to beach which was one of the best in the island, foods was always so many selection for different cuisines

With all features and hotel standards, it was very negative to charge extra for beach facilities even if we choose all inclusive option, I found out different businesses did agreement. For families especially kids they were limited features no playground of kids pool, they removed to extend their seating spaces. Overall, I visit again to enjoy 4 different beach close to hotel 2-3 minutes walk all next to each other.

An amaizing holidays

The Elmi beach is really a spot of paradise. Just in front of the beautiful sea, we have really appreciate our holidays there. There are 5 différent and beautiful swimming pool, where we had fun and relax. We appreciared the multiple bars where we tasted different good cocktails and local drinks. Everywhere there are flowers and music. Our appartement was really nice, big and with a small terrasse Just in front of the swimming pool. The food was good and we loved the Pitta at the « street food ». we Loved to have our breakfast on thé terrasse of thé restaurant, Just in front of thé sea. Thé location was perfect to go out in the night. Our big thanks goes to our two favourite barmans: Nikos and Dimitris. They are so nice, kind, always smailing. To discuss with them it was really a pleasure. Hope to see them again next year

Quality and size of bedrooms and staff always working in a friendly way and attentive.

Low quality in wines, liquors and coktails. In my view more quality in wine , beer and summer drinks ans avoiding liquors. Too crowd selfservice restaurant. The hotel needs one more restaurant.

Very Good

I stayed at this hotel and found it to offer excellent value for money. The rooms were decent for the price, but what stood out were the small pool and rooftop terrace, which were particularly cool.

I wouldn't recommend the cocktails from the all-inclusive package.

Nice staff, nice rooms, good a/c, good food.

Basketball-room unserviceable, dangerous almost falling roof. Sometimes overcrowded restaurant. (Move the drinks-part to better location.)
